Georgia's Saakashvili sworn in

Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili has been sworn in for a second term, as another protest over the election result was held in Tbilisi. Saakashvili, meanwhile, met Russia's Foreign Minister and said he hopes the tense relations between the two countries can be improved. Sergey Lavrov said these words must now be backed by actions.
