Their one mistake, was giving up me.....

That line gets me all the time. So deep for a mere 7 words, showing the innocence of childrens mind... sigh.

And I dont get it, honesly, who cares which version is better? They're both done and done. They're both wonderful.

both versions are great, the original sounds more innocent and sad, but this one seems to flow a bit easier.

I do not see the problem with disneys version of annie!Of course I love 1982 annie with the songs "sandy" and "lets go to the movies."But the disney version is more like theatre productions....re-the movie is revolved around christmas and the songs and script are almost the same!!But who cares which version it is...whether it is a school production to a big cinema screen movie, after all it will still have the little girl in the red dress singing tomorrow!x
