Great lift, Adam. I'm trying to increase my strength in this lift. I just started. I can do the OADL with 200 pounds but with the bar in front of me. The suitcase lift seems harder. How many times a week do you practice this? Should I separate my regular deadlift sessions from the one arm sessions?
Thank you, this one is pretty old now. Last year i got 315 on video, which is arund here somewhere. Lately I have been playing with the one arm axle deadlift, which has been kind of a vogue with the grip sport guys the last 6 months

@khalsasikh i have not worked on this in a while, i will mess with it some more this fall. i would expect a 325 pull this year.
start slow, do not rush. this lift takes time to build up on
