E-readers and Tablets Hot Items at CES

all tablets are goods with some flaws the ipads' is just that cost to much money and you are really not getting what u payed for because u are subjected to only what apple's os says the tablet will do and what the apple store allows for developers to upload. no freedom in the os itself thats why theres is so much hype about the ipad in the first place because most user love to be "jailed" up while few others wanna "jail break" of apple's prison.

I'll say it. Tablet computers are stupid, and will never catch on.

They're too big to hold. They aren't logical. Every time I see someone holding a tablet, it's like looking at someone talk on one of those four inch thick cellphones from the eighties. It looks absurd.

The iPod touch, and smart phones, are very intuitive to use. They fit in the palm of a hand, and in a pocket, and the touch control makes sense at that size. It just doesn't work on a bigger scale.

That's my two cents.

I was excited about the ipad till I found out there is no multitasking or flash support. Without multitasking it is literally a big itouch. Why wouldn't they put multitasking in a computer of that size? That is basic stuff. Very disappointing.
