  • We grew up listening to this music; when I did see Liam and Tommy Makem in concert I was so overwhelmed I was in tears. An Irish friend introduced me to them backstage; what a moment!!! We also were lucky enough to see The Clancy Brothers and Robbie O'Connell in person. Tommy Makem was there but not with the Clancy group. When he sang "Four Green Fields" there was not a dry eye in the house. This brings back childhood memories for sure!

  • What a group, they have all their parts down so well. It just seems so easy and realaxed, as if they were at a kitchen party.

  • Fantastic song !

  • Gotta watch those Irish lasses and their blunderbusses lol

  • dont get your self hung lol

  • ah, i love Tommy's wee bit in this! he is a legend!! :)

  • Brennan song just like Johnson's motor car song

  • Well I mean rebel as in IRA song

  • Yes he did exist in Munster in the late 17th century. In fact in a way he still does. My name is Willie Brennan, and so was my fathers and so is my sons! Although we call him Liam, which is the Irish for William. Oh, and it is a rebel song!

  • listen to bob dylan doing rambling gambling willie!
