this might have been early 1988, because SAS-7 first aired the On The Move promo, in late 1987, since SAS's switchover from 7 to 10.

Anne Wills is the Adelaide equivalent of Jenny Seaton in Perth.

This would have been in early 88 because they used the "Seven on the Move" promo and Movie Scene with Anne Wills ran on 10 for most of the 80's and changed to 7 in 88 because of the changeover.
