http://www.ntv.co.ke Death stalks the Kamiti maximum security prison. So far eleven inmates have died from a disease suspected to be cholera while fourteen are admitted at the Kenyatta national hospital. The prison has suspended transfers and will confine inmates to their cells to curb the spread of the infection. Director of medical Services Dr. Shehnaz Sharif says tests that have been done on patients are inconclusive and the cases are being treated as suspect cholera cases.

The Prisoner Officer is trying to say many words when the problem is likely to be poor hygiene inside. Don't look for cause or solutions outside before you put your house in oder.Prisoners are also human beings
