Hi Lance, Majestic Hymn and gives goose bumps (I just had one last Sunday)while singing along with the congregation during the Easter Vigil service.

I assume that you move to G Major for Alleluia's in the second verse?. Is it an improvisation?. It sounds nice

Thank you, it is a pleasure to hear the hymn just as I heard it in a small town church as a child as many have said. There was only innocence and hope then. The regalness of the organ with the march to victory was powerfully implanted as the organ and trumpets belted out LOUDLY and proudly the song of our forgiven sins and of love eternal. "We" were usually so (shhhh) very quiet in church....Thank God for Easter when the congregation "let loose" and really let the praise out!!
