Jess, I am so impressed you worked out in the hotel gym. This is no wimpy workout either. I could see myself walking on the treadmill and calling it a day. This is so inspiring. You are so focused. You look fantastic and it won't be long until you can see those triceps!

@trulyjess That would be awesome! I'd love to meet the person who inspired me to STOP counting calories and changing up my breakfasts....which have so changed everything! I look forward to waking up and having a protein pancake :)

How AWESOME are you on vacation? The fact that you were able to eat right and exercise while on vacation and in New York City no less is INSPIRING!!! You ROCK! :)

do you ever feel like your healthy eating and work outs have a negative impact on your social life, what with time spent working out? and what about meals/dinners out, do you just let yourself have the day off? how do you figure out what's the healthiest option and do you ever feel awkward if you are picky? just wondering :) wish i was as motivated as you are!

@bc3000 Not really. I tend to workout either with a friend or alone in the morning (before Andrew is awake and this time it was before Laura is awake) as for eating - I eat what I want and they can eat what they want. When I go to someone else's house I just eat smaller portions. I do have days off but I really enjoy eating well:) Healthiest is always going for REAL food - lean proteins, veggies and fruits:) That's what I go for when it doubt!
