I have never gotten a flu shot in my life. I am 52 years old. I rarely get sick. If I do feel sick it is usually because my body is going through a normal cleanse and I drink more water which makes me feel better pretty quickly. Also I have found that if I stay away from dairy products I don't get colds.

There is a good article in this weeks (last weeks?) New Scientist where they claim to dispel the myths about H1N1 but scanning it at the supermarket I could not see that they mentioned mercury, also they claimed that adjuvent has not been approved for use in USA vaccines. Check it out people, it is a half way average magazine.

Did you get vaccinated? 'cause you're hot...
It's not your fault but I believe this language is called gobbledegook, that is, it is deliberately difficult for simple people to understand. You did well to try and interpret it for us. The truth would shock people so they have to disguise it in jargon we cannot understand.

I try. It's just different vocabulary. On the Cochrane site, they try to put it in plain english as much as possible.
