I remember this, from back in the day! I should still have the CD somewhere (by the way, here in the Netherlands they also sold PCZone and other British magazines; many by Future Publishing).
Say, what happened to ol' Culk? Is he still doing videos or involved with computer/video games or computing, somehow?
-
He made that old woman's day. Sadly, she's probably long dead by now. Spent her last, cold, lonely days, constantly looking out the window to see if that young man returned. He never did.

Culky ere isn't it?
-
Probably 95 or 96, he appeared less and less after 98.

nostalgia, how I miss Culkin little ditty on subscribing PC Zone, also I miss MR Cursor and Charlie Brooker.
-
What year was this?
-
LOL. Really missed these. Culkus was played by a BBC sound engineer called Stewart Shape. Wonder what he, and the rest of the 90's PC Zone staff are doing now?! Good old days!!

Sadly this is the only one I've managed to keep hold of. There's definitley at least 2 other videos featuring Culky out there. The first one where he crashes the ECTS and the one you mention where he kinds does random stuff like make a fake tax disc and make a disgusting sandwich. I hope someone with those videos can upload them as I'd like to see them again too :)

I've got the one where he tries to sell a painting of his mum, and then later makes a chocolate and tomato ketchup bake. I'll to dig it out and upload it.

Sweet! Be sure to let me know once you've found it. That's the second one I was on about.
