the effect is easy. its just a second sticky behind the first one and in another colour, right?
you need to work on landing,the jump at the beginning and where you place ythe feet of the sticky

erm... u need to work on the foot placement, jump, and landing. i did like the effect though.

just advise when your jumping dont keep his legs tucked in push them out long when hes jumping for effect.

There are people that can do a piked double back tuck on flat ground, so I'd say the four he did from that high would be reasonable.
His technique isn't great, though.
