GA16DE ate a valve.

I was driving it at around 60 mph when it start to jerk and lose power substantially I put the clutch in to down shift and the engine died, I tried starting it back up with the starter but to no avail. So I put it in 3rd since I was going about 45 by now and popped the clutch. The wheels almost locked up and the engine turned over and after ward it made this sound. Smoke comes out that smells like burning oil and the engine won't stay running at idle. I checked the oil level and its fine, but its really burnt now.
***UPDATE*** Turns out that the valves dropped out of their seating and hit the piston. I thought it was spun rod bearings but it wasn't cylinders three and four were history. Cylinder four isn't as bad as cylinder three, cylinder three ate the valve entirely and damage the piston and the head, the fourth hit the piston but just bent the valve. All in all this car is history. I sold it for 200 :\ oh well.
