@Isanan She's a strong person. Just because you don't cry doesn't mean your not upset. She can't sing it live because she would break down into tears. On this video she's holding back her tears.

I love this song and I love Amy too,but I can´t understand when she plays this song in this video she´s not crying,so she could play it live. I thought that she would cry in every moment that she plays this song.
