i originally remembered jayne as wayne, who was actually fairly masculine, ahd then saw hims as jayne, and poor innocent me, she flipped me out---- but both of them were great, miss those days

I read about Wayne County in Creem and Rock Scene Magazines, and had one vinyl lp which an ex-boyfriend stole from me. I'd never thought I'd be able to see Jayne (Wayne) in a video! This brings me back to good ole 70s. Must find more!

I met Jayne when I was working a the Lhasa Club in LA,ca.1987.I introduced her to all the Clubowners arund towne ,and she made out well.Sex,drugs,etc.

I wonder if Hedwig and the Angry Inch was based on her?

I wish there were performances of the other songs from that album (my definite favorite of all her records) -- "Things Your Mother Never Told You." Do you know if there happen to be recordings of any shows from Germany or wherever of any of the other songs from there? It would be great to see her sing "Berlin" or "Wall City Girl" from that time period!

I love this song and being able to see Jayne sing it at the time it came out is great! I like when she sings near the end: "I had too much to...duh-ream-ahh...!" (lol)
