@matt605 It can't be done. Look at this country's current War on Drugs for a good example. Its a total failure and all it does it turn people into criminals for the simple consumption of the drug.

@DeePhlat Exactly, banning anything outright will never work if you fail to address the reasons why people want it! Prohibition didn't do anything about the reasons why people wanted to drink, it actually added a new reason to drink: defiance of a stupid law.
wow crasy stuff but now taxes pay millios a year they are doing the same thing now cigarettes they cost $13 in a store but out side you can buy that same thing for $8 ther they open doors for theme again
