There was no violence between these two brotherly communities before the 1980s Afghan Kalashnikov culture and drugs.

Imam Abu Hanifa (R.A.) and Imam Jaffar (R.A) had a very strong teacher/student relationship and respected each other.

One famous Imam offered prayers behind the other.

This hate is mostly created by the enemies and some of our own short-sighted Muslims.

@MahyarAkbar What you said is not true about Shia belief. The people you talked about are the great companions of Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and his wife (may Allah be pleased with her). There are differences from a political point of view who should have been the Caliph after the Messanger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and that has nothing to do with us being one massive brotherhood for the sake of Allah.

@MahyarAkbar I have A LOT of Shia friends, have been to Shia masjids and have never heard any of this garbage you said... These are just rumors that are spread to create fitna and you'll be questioned about them in the akhira.
