Tumaini Brooks CDC - Kiambu, Kenya

Tumaini is a child development centre that takes care of orphaned and vulnerable children. Programs include: Education, school based feeding, day care unit and therapeutic feeding among others. Tumaini's biggest achievement has been its effect not only on children but on an entire community. Children's lives have been touched spiritually, economically, physically and emotionally which makes it different from any other social services available within the area. Tumaini's main aim is to BREAK THE POVERTY CYCLES that have reigned the area for decades now.
