I live in Florida and we don't have violence, the reason is simple; Florida law allows us to carry firearms on our persons for self-defense from violent criminals. And we don't have crime prevention programs either.

maybe if we spent 70 million on fixing the violence in the city rather then spending it to gtry to get the olympics we wouldnt have this problem
