Amiga Best Games

This is my tribute to the Amiga 500, best computer I ever had, so in a spirit of nostalgia I put together some of my favourites of the era.

Each screencap has the game title in the lower left-hand corner so if one of them reminds you of something you also got the name for it... and all you need is grab yourself WinUAE...

Hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it. Thumbs up for the Era of Cool Gaming ;)

  • Thanks for putting the names of the games below.

  • @Shawn6939 You're welcome, it irritated me when I found a game I really liked in other videos and then had no idea what it was called or where to get it.

  • Nice list, reminded me of a few games i'd long forgotten. Here's a few more I remember: Flood, Escape from the Planet of the Robot Monsters, Elf, Boots Barker's Voodoo Nightmare, Bonanza Brothers, Boston Bomb Club... Do you remember any of those?

  • @MCTheo3 Escape from Robot Monsters and Bonanza Bros definitely!!! The rest not so sure, will need to look them up :)

  • and what about "Sensible Soccer"..??

    ;-)

  • @GiuaninManuja Can't believe I left that out o.O

the same for me when I saw Turrican.. and many more.. ;-)

  • The in game pictures shown of ghouls 'n' ghosts is not out of the amiga version -same for the Dragon's Lair screenshots (not an org. Amiga pic, but that does not matter that much) and Test Drive screenshots-, it's the M.D. or PC Engine version. The Amiga version was graphically quite poor, same is for the gameplay, because it was just a C64-conversation unfortunately, but the music by Tim Follin was one of the best.
