F-111F Flying TFR 7 Sep 1973, Mt Home AFB, Pilot Bill Johnson and myself. I was trying to capture the essence of flying TFR (Terrain Following Radar) with a Super 8 movie camera. I don't think I really accomplish the goal. We forget how much technology has improved videos. This was the best home movies could do at that time.
We were flying a TAC Eval Check ride on the lead A/C. Mt Home to Boise 411 low level route to Saylor Creek Range. Seems like a hundred years ago
