  • dis is the best game ever OwO PONG FTWWW!!! SCREW COD!!

  • It's all in the wrist.

  • @andan04

    Never heard of an overlay.

  • Pong isn't 100% original. It's pretty much being like a 2.0 version (or sequel, but not really) to Magnavox Odyssey's Tennis. Fans of Pong would say Atari borrowed the idea of Odyssey's Tennis, anti-Pong people would say Atari ripped Ralph Baer's idea off, so Ralph ripped their Touch Me arcade off and created Simon later.

Most companies started off with a game that has little or no originality (most likely a copy), just to gain experience and perhaps plenty of money to create better games.

  • @TheAvenger49 Well, I cannot dispute a sticker. That makes everything official. Okay, I'll grant that Pong: Technicolor Edition did exist. But I'm still not convinced that this video isn't a fake. On the real Pong, I could control one of the paddles, and I can't here. (I've tried with the keyboard, the mouse, and my mind.) Plus, that point Left Player scores at 2:28 is totally bogus. What a giveaway!

  • @andan04 I have this games its a remake for Dreamcast called Atari Anniversary Edition it even comes with ...... A STICKER!

  • @ameer257 I wouldn't be too surprised actually. They didn't have consoles or even home computers to program this for, much less Visual Studio...so they had to design their own hardware from scratch that could do this. Pretty impressive, all things considered.

  • I call FAKE! And not even a good one. Everyone knows Pong was not in color.

  • @ameer257

designing this game had much bigger impact on gaming industry then designing of your gta IV game for todays 13 olds
