Dick Cheney on North Korean Crisis: "The Obama Administration is Now Facing a Major Test"

(5/27/09) Cheney: "One of the things that I think is a wrong thing to do is, at this particular time, to cut our program for missile defense in the Defense Department. That's more important than ever when you've got a rogue nation out there, like North Korea, that operates in accordance of a whole different set of standards than normal people do, with the possibility that they can ultimately deploy a weapon that could hit the United States."
