  • In a well publicised interview, John Lennon dismissed the folk scene in his own country, England, yet praised= Behan, from neighbouring Ireland, whom he said he liked. [1] On a recent Desert Island Discs, Yoko Ono selected Behan's "Liverpool Lou" as her husband had sung it to their son Sean ,as a lullaby.

  • so refreshing, like a young bob dylan! so awesome

  • Luke Kelly would be proud. You guys rock!

  • Love it! Best wishes from Ireland the home of the song they're performing. Was at their gig @ The Electric Picnic Festival in Ireland and they were excellent. Great band and singer. Hope they play Irelang again soon and include this in their set.
