Nexus Smorgasbord (Galaxy Nexus Update, Mail, and Contest Teaser)

Just a couple of quick updates today. First off, thanks to Jacob on Google Plus I *might* have fixed, or at least improved the battery situation I was having in the video I did on that last week http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMpSoF_YWRU The solution might be as simple as disabling google talk! We shall see but things look good so far!

Also I finally made it to the PO box again (actually I had gone a week or so ago and collected a few things but hadn't gotten around to making the video yet) so big shout out to everyone who sent things in!

Lastly stay tuned for a new video this Wednesday. I'll be doing a new contest that will be running throughout February and I'm really excited about it!

I honestly didn't remember sending that card :). Did you get any posters with that gift card I e-mailed you yet? Also, I found out about that e-mail service when I signed up for the hold mail service. It was pretty cool that they sent me the confirmation and also they e-mailed me when the service is scheduled to resume.

@ssurjap Do you know if they charge for the service? I haven't been back to the post office yet. If its free I'm totally signing up for it. I hope its free! As for the gift card, not yet but I didn't forget! It's in my inbox stared just waiting for me to shop at one of the many merchants it looks like it supports :)
