HELLAS! HELLAS HELLAS! Thanks to achel for crediting Mikis Theodorakis as composer of this wonderful song. I just learned much about him through wiki & recommend the article to everyone. He also wrote the music for Zorba the Greek & Serpico. My channel is about a century of worldwide music, with playlists for every year since 1900. chuck

Great.
But this version is complete different than the one on LP : more for dancing, that's the reason why it was in our juke-box.
Greats from Brussels

Sorry Annie, I don't have it from Manuel and I was not sure he makes it. Are you sure ?.
A very good version is the one of Ray Conniff : I think the best....
