Dr. Mercola should add milk thistle to his supplement line. Maybe mushroom complex as well.

Many vegans still deny the fact that we require animal sources of B12 even though the experts with the education and experience say otherwise. Dr. Mercola was pretty clear in this video about this. Eventually, unless you cheat once in a while, you will suffer from a B12 deficiency if you are a vegan.

according to a new Russian studies B 12 is stored over 8-9 years in the human liver...and even if you run out of it ...you only have a problem if your intestine and colon is very filthy...that's why you should do a month long colon cleanse 2 times a year and stay on a 100% raw vegan diet....that way your colon stays clean and is able to absorb new B12 if it needs it.

The body can store the B12 for years, but once you get depleted it's a real PROBLEM...! Also, some people's bodies are not storing it very well from what I understand due to the intestinal environment.
