World of Warcraft: A Tribute to The Barrens

If you ONLY want the Barrens, there are five pieces- 73, 74, 75, 102, and 111 (IMO the best part is 75).

What really surprised me was that the World of Warcraft soundtrack that came with the Collector's Edition (or simply bought on their website) was lacking some great musical pieces. Some included the Wetlands, Gnomeragon, Darkshore, and many others. But the most crucial one to me was The Barrens. So, I recorded it myself and put it along with some great scenic pictures. A tribute to The Barrens was made.

I wish blizzard ran some classic servers. what wud be the harm in that? throw up like 5 classic servers maybe soe wotlk players who never experienced classic cud play them. i might even go back to wow if they did that.

@sarok17 there are private ones tha run Vanilla only. I have never tried them, but someone even told me that there are something like 2k players in one of those servers.

Is there no more barrens in the game, shit i stopped playing 10 years ago. Loved the first time barrens.

Old Barrens was much better...it was so epic and atmospheric. But they butchered it and half of the game with it. Fuck Cataclysm

Met so many friends here, and camped so many of the cool pets on my ally hunter in vanilla. Humar was a pain in the ass. I was like level 20, always in Darkshore planning to assault the barrens, grouping up with fellow lowbies and having some seriously fun world pvp.

@fraschy so am i, i have tried to recreate the feeling of pre cata feeling many a time in cata but it just dosnt work because the feeling has gone, and even if origonal wow came back i dont think it would be the same :(

started playing WoW during the BC expanson. I was a complete noob, but being naive was part of the fun. I had no idea what i was doing just running around asking what i was supposed to do. Wotlk was an amazing expansion when it came out. Catas release destroyed the whole world. When they changed the world they made the game simple In doing so they succesfully destroyed a crucial element of the game. The complexity of the game. You actually had to travel the world but they changed that with Cata
