Her history is that she got booted out of the choir after one day, then worked in anunciations, then spent centuries in search and rescue before becoming a caseworker. She met tess in 1938 on . As for Andrew, yes, thew were not supposed to hav emet before the one that got away. I guess they took a little license with this episode.
