Clark County Parent activist Ken Small makes a second report to the Clark County Commissioners. This time he tells them about how the School District Trustees have spent school building bond money to build public utilities and street improvements. The state of Nevada was recently rated 50th in the nation for education. While the school board regularly blame parents and teachers, the School Board regularly tells children that they have to suffer with substandard schools and windowless portable buildings because there is not enough money to go around. But they have money to spend on things that do nothing for children of education. An education this bad has to start with bad planning from the school board as well as many other mistakes. This is only one of many.
