Have you heard the original recording of 'P.Y.T.'? My performance on this video stays quite true to the drum part of the original version, as played by Ndugu Chancler.

@windsordrums only experience gained through time in the studio and out in real life situations at a professional level can get you to say without hesitating that less is more when it comes to drumming, to be more specific, less is more in certain situations. you learn when to, and when no to. plus this is clearly a musical situation in which the band is completely harmonious and tight..
