For people who wonder how this is made, this is called video compositing. I don't know exactly what program he did use, but I know a few that can achieve this. Adobe After Effects or Nuke. Get the trial version and look up tutorials on the net how to do stuff like this. A good website I can recommend is videocopilot.dot.com to learn cool stuff with compositing. Good luck in learning!

@SluF08 You hit it on the head. I kind of laugh to myself when people say Pixar should hire me, because this isn't even 3D! Though I'm currently learning 3D design, this is completely done 2D.
