The greatest love story ever told, starring...garden gnomes? In "Gnomeo & Juliet," Shakespeare's revered tale gets a comical, off-the-wall makeover. Directed by Kelly Asbury (co-director of "Shrek 2") and showcasing both classic and original songs by Elton John, the film features the voices of James McAvoy and Emily Blunt as Gnomeo and Juliet. The title characters have as many obstacles to overcome as their quasi namesakes when they find themselves caught up in a feud between neighbors. With plastic pink flamingos and thrilling lawnmower races in the mix, can this young couple find a happy ending?

@kilalarockssocks i think one of them dies in the movie....but he comes back in the end.....im really glad they dont die though.....that would be a little to harsh for a G movie!

@harmetheous well actually, they recorded a different version of at least one of his songs "Crocodile Rock", and he did record with that....so he was in the studio!

ok, i WOULD be ok with this movie..maybe, except that the don;t even freakin die in the end! the plays a frekin tragedy turds! if i have to watch Leonardo DiCaprio's beautiful face die, than i want to see the damn statue die.

@sleepyasthesouth wow.......the girl doesn't really want romance at first.......she was worried and annoyed about how people, specifically her father, thought she was delicate...plus she wanted to help out in the feud....at least thats how i think it started...idk i havent seen it myself.....and what makes it sooo awful? Thumbs Up if you like the movie!!!XD
