I am not used to "salads" made like this. This is a little weird to me. But I'd be glad to try it out. I think I'll add some sardines to mine. Ha ha! Just kidding...

I did a balance of sweet salty bitter and sour.
In the near future I will be teaching how to blend flavors.
For the dressing I used 1/2 cup of veganaise (cholestoerol free mayo) 1/2 teaspoon of mustard, 2 tablespoon of agave, tablespoon of rice wine vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of oregano.
