You must read more carefully. Really - or you simply don't understand how it works. What ever (protein, carb or fat) the % of your diet is DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH GAINING FAT. It is about the CUMMULATIVE CALORIE VALUE. If the TOTAL number of cals in your diet EXCEEDS your requirement you will gain fat. % OF CARBS/FAT IN DIET DOES NOT MATTER.

  • @Gardash111 well if your doing a Atkins diet low in carbs or somthing like that then I guess maybe you won't gain fat... but for everyday people carbs are present in there diet as the recommended daily amount is 6-11 servings a day in addition to the fat which is broken down in to calories in the body and used as energy however if they body dosn't need the engery it is stored away..also the sugar is about the amount of a can of cola I don't understand how sum1 could think this is a healthy snack

  • @CandyLaStar

This is all nonsense. The daily amount of fat recommended, is done so in accordance with total cal.-intake, not in accordance with when fat is unhealthy. I keep repeating myself - so listen carefully. The fat stored in your body, and veins which is bad - is the fat that is the result of excess carbohydrates turned into fat for storage.

It's not the fat you have in your food that directly goes under your skins and into your veins. 50% fats in total diet would not even be bad.

  • @Gardash111 fat is good and the body needs it... however going over your daily needed amount is not a good idea and milk chocolate and as I explained before 20grams of fat from ONE snack is excessive in having a balanced daily amount... one bar a week could be manageable but anything more would start to be excessive for the average person... which you are not considered avg. also not to mention the high level of 20-30grams of sugar while offering no Vit. or minerals for the body's nutrition

  • @CandyLaStar

Higher level of actvity is only a little part of the story. Highly poly-unsaturated fats are good in cleaning your bloodpath from cholesterol. In fact, give me a good argument why fat is bad. Really - try it.

The less fat you take in, the less protein you get (protein and fat go on par), and the more your diet is dependant on carbs. Carbs make people fat, not fat. Fatty-acids you get by eating fat do NOT reach your skin. The fat at your skin is excess carbs and calories.

  • @Gardash111 haha ok "little boy" if you are a fighter and boxer then you have a high level of activity compaired to a normal or low level person of activity so your situation can't compare to the majority of people who don't have a active job or active personal life... surly you can understand that!

  • @CandyLaStar

This is exactly the problem with the current health-industry: financing idiotic things. Honestly, I think there's nothing about nutrition you can teach me little girl.

The comparisson with crack is nonsense, since that is a drugs - and I'm talking about micro-nutrition here.

Everybody knows that good and strong fighters and boxers like me need low carb but high fat diets to make sure the body keeps strong.

Fat doesnt make fat, period. Learn some more, and than come back.

  • @Gardash111 oh come on! really you think that a diet high in fat isn't a bad thing? I suggest you take a health class and learn some things about general health and proper diet... also on top of that you do need to remember that sugar, salty items are somewhat addictive substances and if your body dosn't get the nutrition it needs it will continue to send hunger signals to the brain causing over eating... but sure I bet CRACK is perfectly ok in MODERATION as well! ;)

  • @CandyLaStar

Hahahah! This is the typical stupid 'fat-makes-you-fat' comment. The internet-educated nutrionist type. It shows me you have zero knowledge of nutrition.
