Hypnosis and NLP to stop lying
Your problems with compulsive lying can be stopped, and for good. We will use direct and powerful techniques to retrain this habit so that you can stop lying and feel better about yourself.

What exactly will do you to help me stop my problems with lying ?
Well, we combine techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnotherapy to directly retrain your mind so that you get out of the habit of lying. Neuro-Linguistic Programming sounds very complicated but actually the techniques are quite simple. We show you how to become the director of both your thoughts and your imagination, because it is the way that you think that produces the feelings that you have. And the human mind does like to make things automatic. Anything you do enough times gets easier and easier to do, whether it's changing gear, typing your name, changing a nappy, doing a button up, and....... lying. It becomes a habit. We help you to break that habit.

  • im a Compulsive Lying i don't know why i do it i jst catch my self doing it all the time n sometimes i dont even remember what was i lying about.. my life its jst a lye.. n i didnt know i had a problem

  • The first step is facing up to it. Compulsive lying can develop into a habit and all habits can be changed. The next step is to do something about it so my advice is to go and find someone experienced in dealing with this. Hypnotherapy is one option, but there are others. Do a local Google search and see what you come up with.

  • If I say I think this is great will anyone really believe me??

  • Yes, very funny BobbySue, and in fact it is important to treat things lightly, as well as seriously, but getting someone to stop compulsive lying can be one of the most important changes in their life. There are many trained therapists worldwide who can help people get back in control of their thinking and feeling. We do NLP and hypnotherapy but many approaches can work. The important thing is to find someone with loads of experience to help you. Best Wishes

  • i have lied about things like when my fiends inite me to pictures or to goo out for a night out isay im ill or im away not all the ime but i will do anything to avoid the phobia i think they know i lie sometimes and to be honest the dont care and thats true so why m i even saying this when no one cares really

  • @TheAnimeExpert93 Chances are they no or suspect it. Family/friends or people who are around u enough catch on to the 'lies/exagerrations. I had a ''friend'' She has been lieing for as long as i can remember and soo many people know, not just myself and i've humored her lies no matter how big/small they were. confronting a friend whos a compulsive liar would be awkward for the both of us lol, i stopped being friend w.her cuz i dont see her getting help anytime soon and i cant deal anymore.

  • @BigK5041 No you can't prevent it, most likely shes had it since childhood and its somewhat of a addiction and you can't just stop. She would need to first admit she has a probably and go to a theropist and it would be hard work to stop. Compulsive liars lie about so many things no matter how big or small. If she was in traffic for a hour she would tell you she was in it for 3 hours, she'd lie about what she ate that day, etc.. There somewhat mentally ill.

  • My Ex-GF was an compulsive liar that why i'm watching this video today to see if I could have prevented this in our relationship.

  • I do it all the time to. When I'm around my friends I make up people and places I've seen, or things I've done or things I own. Around my family I actually make up stuff about my friends, or what I've been talking to them about. Just to extend a conversation and make myself seem interesting. I have confessed once, to a guy I really like...he hates lying so things are weird between us now...I don't know what to do. Telling them (or him) the truth hurts, but lying makes it worse. So, any advice?

  • bethesda does this well

  • @OrrzieProductions Most people white lie so others don't worry about yourself. This is OK. When you lie constantly about nothing then it shows you are not trustworthy.

  • I recently became friends with my best friend and just because we didn't hang out before he made up an entire life story, saying he's from Austrailia and he has kids, and his age/grade/family/life/ everything, idk what to do, he's a good kid but I can't stand the lies.

  • I know two people like this they are very anoying
