New Rune + Spellbook Suggestion

Just a quick video of a suggestion I made on the Runescape Fourms not to long ago :) thanks for watching I plan to rework a more video version with audio and pic (maybe) and a better written idea (assuming they don't actully add the idea before im finished)

Thanks, I have to go back and review it tho do to I forgot the Lunar spells have 'Heal' spell... im going to garntee when I check it tonight ill have a bunch of people bashing me xD haha
