This was a batch I made earlier this year using:
- 2 kg of pale malt extract
- 30g of Cascade hops (I think, it was a few months ago)
- 18L water
- The juice of about 2 kg of blackberries
- Coopers Dry Brewers Yeast (I think)

That's it, very easy to do and most of the steps can be pushed forward or back a day or two, according to how busy you are! Main point of advice to those looking to get into homebrewing is... Keep everything clean! Everyone who starts brewing reads that over and over, but it doesn't sink in until you have lost an entire batch due to contamination.
