What does it prove: Combing a pig into a pony-tail? Washing your head while maintaining dry hair? Taking laxatives to prove your virility? Wearing trousers when the party calls for culottes? Acting sexy at a funeral home or crematorium? Conceiving a child in a life raft? Living the life of an intercontinental playboy?

@HenryDavidT Yes, this is true: no matter how clever science would get at saving resources, more and more resources will be demanded, there'll never be enough to satisfy consumption-based society (capitalist society)
