Ok, so this place is called The Big Spill, you can access this spot earlier in one of the races I think? Can't quite remember, or when you're following a pro around, not sure which but anyway... This spot is unlocked when you complete a certain number of Hall of Meat challenges, I think it's all 15 of the second category, which are the easiest to do :).

So, just do what I do, fall off at the earliest point possible and keep trying to be slow about it, using the right analogue stick if you're slowing down push forward if you're too quick pull back, this is the best place to be for this trick and I think one of the only places you can be.

I have done all 15 of the second category but i didnt get it and ive done everything in the career except style and grab bag hall of meats. Style is at 10/15 and Grab Bag 9/15
