And also about this ending, I never understood the phrase that comes near the end. "You played the greatest role in this story." Just one question: What story?!
There is none of that, you just run through levels beating crap out of your enemies that come in your way until you beat the shit out of Dracula!

@wkunzelman1 This ending is really weird because you'd think that Simon Belmont gets killed when that castle collapsed on him. But no, he somehow survives and returns in Castlevania II: Simon's Quest, hated game by AVGN.
But Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is far worse by the looks of it. The ending is boring in that one. You just see Jekyll go to church to get married. And the background music is what kills that ending. it's just about 7 to 10 second music loop that repeats forever!

I alwas felt nes had a great sound processor for making music and soud effects even though it was an 8-bit system.
