@Grallos1232 True that Wealth gives you the opportunity to help others, but sadly not the willingness. From what I've seen in my country, its the lower middleclass and below and the young who have little already, who donates the most. Both in collections and in the streets, when they meet the homeless.

@ibidydo It was written in 1969 (I think) by Ralph McTell. I used to sing it in school and back then (I was small) I didn't realise it was comparitively recent.
