Wrong. That is a normal persistent contrail that matches characteristics of water ice contrails in every way. Notice how cloudy and humid the sky is!
The plane changes altitude and so the density of the contrail changes untill as it loses enough altitude that it cannot sustain a constant contrail, just like all planes in contrail conditions.

Powder contrails are densest at the point of exit from the plane, not invisible for a distance behind the plane.

You probably don't understand any of the other terms so I'll explain the coating. It is hydrophobic which means it repels water. That results in a dry powder. If it was hydrophilic, water would bond the particles together due to capillarity.
To be easily dispersed, powder particles need to be able to not stick to each other, just like how an hourglass would not work if the sand in it was all wet.

The "cohesive forces" means powder sticks together and gets stuck like I mentioned in relation to talc. That's why the powder is coated.and uses a deagglomerator... so it can come out and not clog dumbass!
The "radiation scattering" refers to visible EMF frequencies.
ie, visible light.
It is made specifically to be visible so its easy to see.

The abstract is quite different from the drivel you said.

Do you admit clouds do exist now since they require localised variation in humidity to exist,? just like the localised variation in humidity and temp that causes periodic (on off) contrail formation.

You could actually bother to read the patent details you know!
Smoke requires a heat source and contrails depend on humidity and temp, so for target drones with no engines, a powder system can be used to make their path visible. You can run about your house squeezing talcum powder bottles to make a sky-witless trail but talc clumps and blocks up with moisture.
That system has a way of stopping blockages.
