Proenza Schouler's Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough put a decorative spin on the season's polished 1920s theme. Twenties flapper dresses dripping with sequins and fitted, sleek Jewel tone cocktail dresses of Dupioni silk with draped ribbon or pleat inserts at the bodice recreate the duo's signature bustier shapes. Much of the collection's charm lay in the details, from puffed sleeves to the endless fur accents and Swarovski crystal embroideries all of which wreaked ultra sophistication.
