In 2006, Tim Pawlenty's campaign manager, Nick Ayers, was running the reelection campaign of Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue. On October 25, just days before the election, Georgia State Troopers caught Ayers speeding, weaving, and apparently trying to evade pursuit. After he was arrested, Ayers chatted with the state trooper on his way to being booked for drunk driving. This video is taken from the dash-camera of the patrol car. Read more at www.citypages.com.
