for me there are no down sides.
enough volume,even for bigger gigs.
only one thing: no open back. but i only play heavy music so thats no problem for me.if you are a jazzy player,maybe you should test the ad 100 vt combo!cheerz

absolutly..... great sound, great pickups (TB4+SH2 Seymour duncan), beautyful flamed maple top, well done neck,especially the inlays well done, good hardware.....
