Think your ready for gas engine airplanes? Well Bill Evans makes some pretty neat flying wings and I've had many of them. Using my Evans antique Zippity Doo Dah flying wing, I will show some engine running tips, how sliding servo trays work, and a cold cool flight. Enjoy the sights and sounds.

Best regards.

  • it's amazing I just want you to know that you're the only person who's AIRPLANE videos I watch I'm more a boat and car guy but I find yours so intriguing they just always are done verry well and showcase some interesting and cool products.

  • @rcboatdriver1234 Thanks so very kindly. I do appreciate that.

  • Hey Dave, what is you favorite low cost Rc airplane? From your vast history of flying you are the best to ask. :D Cheers and I hope you live to and over 100 doing what you love best!

  • @chickenpoper If your talking Gas, I say the PT 40 trainer. Its a trike and High wing makes a nice flier. For Electric, I would say the Cessnas are all nice and easy to fly with little stress. Thanks for the kind words.

  • i love these types of videos from dave getting out the old nitros.

    Great

  • @shockflyyer3d Thanks very kindly.

  • I love old technology and to see the old planes fly again! :)

  • Amazing. Have been flying since I was a teenager (now 40+) and would never have thought to setup dual servos to get elevon mixing. Love your vids man.

  • Im 27 and I cant even run Electrics. IM all Nitro stuff.

  • what is the stall charasteristic on it. what airfoil did you use or did you simulate a reflexed airfoil. any problems with stalls? what percentage is the cg at?

  • Whoa, I didn't realize until the closing comments that the typical elevator was replaced by elevon mixing... Wow, that's something. You should rename it the ZOMBIE. It wont die! My planes lives are measure in months not years but I'm getting better :)

  • 1:35 VERY COMİC

  • That servo mixing setup is genius, nicely done.

  • Hey Dave where your TX bag, thought we be seeing it since it still hasn't warmed up yet.

  • @NightFlyyer Dave good to see you flying the nitro's particularly your old ones .. hope you plan on more of the same !
