This was the FOOTBALL LEAGUE FIRST DIVISION. Not the Premier League, not the sodding EPL... the original Football League, before the 'greed is good' division was formed to make English football as uncompetitive as possible. As for the use of the phrase 'game week 29', not to mention 'FC Liverpool', words fail me. This Liverpool team were on the slide (I'm a Liverpool fan) - the 7-1 at the Baseball Ground papered over the cracks that were showing and the title was disappointingly lost to Arsenal.

liverpool won the european cup twice in the 80s anyway . but prob would have won it again ,or everton . also in this clip it wasnt the premier league !

IN 1990/91 there was not Premier League but The First Division.

im an arsenal fan, but even i think that liverpool team of late 80s was fantastic.great to watch.shame they werent allowed to play in europe.then they might have got the recognition they deserved.
