  • Hello, anyone knows if this group of videos is available on DVD? I have been trying to find it on Amazon under Steve Morse or Dixie Dregs DVDs but haven´t been able to find anything with the name Live at the House of Blue 2000.

Anyone could help me? Or was this just a part of a broadcast or anything? Thanks

  • Not Available on DVD, this is a production of "House of Blue"

  • My dad got me into these guys when I was 10... I'm 38 now.

  • I like the live version on Bring'em Back Alive CD! This is one of my all time favorite Steve Morse song, along with Long Slow Distance! Steve's writing skills are Pure genius. He is unmatched, no one young, old or in between can match his ability. Thats why he often introduced as "one in a billion" at shows.

  • @jsfleisher Jesus, I didnt heard of his passing..RIP great musician

  • I've seen the Dregs probably 20 times over the years. They only did Hereafter once during that time. So this video is pretty special. RIP T, we'll miss you.

  • This was one of the best bands that ever assembled. Hard to believe that was 35 years ago. I was in a band that opened for them in Macon GA in 1977 and I was at this show in LA in 2000. Steve was writing some incredible stuff with the Dixie Dregs.

The guitar solo on the studio album with this tune in 78 was maybe his best ever. Of course...it's easier to get it right when you can overdub it.

  • Awesome song. Miss you T.
