I love TMNT, but this has to be one of the worst adverts I've ever seen :( The editing is awful for a start, but I guess kids that age won't really care.
The target auidence seems a bit young to me though, they don't teach kids about drugs in England until secondary school. It's a lot stricter in America right?

Yeah', I remember this ad from back in the day. It is just some cheap, edited cash in on the Ninja Turtles fame. They knew kids loved 'em, so why not push an anti-pot ad on 'em too.
The sad thing is ad's like this seemed to have gotten worse over the years. Now they're just over the top!
